A real need
Sending a file was only part of the job
LOUPA Secure grew out of work with an independent lawyer who regularly exchanged sensitive documents with clients. Sending and requesting files was straightforward; making the whole exchange clear and temporary was not.
She needed a private, easy-to-use process that also made sense to her clients. They should not have to learn a complex enterprise platform, and the documents should not sit indefinitely in another shared folder.
What we wanted
