What each allowance covers
What is a Secure operation?
One Secure Operation is one SEND or REQUEST workflow. A REQUEST can include one or more requested documents and related structured information; it still uses one Secure Operation.
What is a form response?
One Form Response is used when someone successfully submits a completed FORM containing structured information only. Creating, sending, opening or abandoning a form does not use the quota.
Can FORMS accept files?
No. FORMS collects structured information only. If you need one or more documents, use REQUEST.
Does additional information in a REQUEST use form responses?
No. Structured information collected within a REQUEST remains part of that REQUEST and does not consume Form Responses.

What is an internal transfer?
A temporary transfer between registered users in the same organisation with its own separate allowance.
How do team members work?
BASIC includes 5, PRO 20 and BUSINESS 50 team members with LOUPA Workspace access. External SEND, REQUEST and FORMS recipients do not count and need no LOUPA account. INTERNAL participants are registered members of the same organisation.
Can we add team members?
Yes. Additional capacity packs are available within each plan maximum: BASIC 10, PRO 40 and BUSINESS 100 members in total. For more than 100, talk to LOUPA about Enterprise.
